Boredicons IRC now has SSL support

irc.boredicons.com should now support SSL on port 6697. The cert is self-signed, so if this is a problem, please point me to a decent CA that doesn’t charge. The FAQ has been updated accordingly. Also please tell me if it doesn’t work for some reason.
